– Color variations of up to 5% from approved proofs are considered acceptable within industry standards

 

2.2 Signage

– All sign installations must comply with local regulations and permits

– Customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless explicitly agreed otherwise

– We guarantee weather resistance as specified in individual product descriptions

– Installation timeframes are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions and permit approval

 

2.3 Website Development

– Website hosting and maintenance terms are specified in separate service agreements

– Domain registration and renewal are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the service package

– We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes after website launch

– Content updates beyond the scope of the original agreement will incur additional charges

 

2.4 Design Services

– All initial design concepts remain our property until full payment is received

– Clients receive three revision rounds as standard; additional revisions incur extra charges

– Final deliverables are provided in formats specified in the service agreement

– We retain the right to use completed works in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

 

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Orders

– All orders must be submitted through our official channels (website, email, or in-person)

– Orders are considered final only after written confirmation and payment of any required deposit

– Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be explicitly agreed upon

4.2 Shipping and Tracking

– Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination

– Website development deposits are non-refundable

– Design services cancelled after concept approval forfeit the deposit

– Response time during business hours: within 4 hours

7. Intellectual Property

– Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services

– We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages

– Force majeure events absolve us of delivery commitments

8.2 Indemnification

– Clients indemnify us against claims arising from provided content

– We indemnify clients against intellectual property infringement claims

– Both parties must promptly notify each other of any claims

– Legal fees are borne by the indemnifying party
